Oak Hill Nuts and Bolts | October 17, 2019
We held our first merit assembly of the year last week. As a way to set the stage, I defined the moments of merit that were recognized as being shining examples for the school community of what it means to be to best we can be. Throughout history, explorers have used the stars as a way to guide themselves to where they wanted to go. In a similar way, we can use these shining moments to point the way towards becoming our best selves. I reveled in the idea that each of us had moments of excellence from which the rest of us can learn from. Congratulations to all our merit card recipients!
