The Saints played well throughout the game and at half the score was held to 1-0. Goalkeeper Clare Andres worked to keep the Saints in the game, making several fantastic saves. Forward Grace Oexeman had several shots on goal, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to find a victory. The Saints fell short to St. Joe with a final score of 5-0. "I was really excited to see how our girls would measure up to such a strong team like St. Joe," head coach Gabby Menendez stated after the game. "They were a wonderful group of girls to coach, and they surpassed any and all of my expectations. They made my first coaching season one that I won't soon forget." The JV soccer team had a final record in their 2019 season of 4-6-3.
