LACROSSE

Varsity lacrosse finished the week with two wins. On Tuesday, the Saints defeated Ursuline 18-5 and on Friday, they defeated Parkway South 17-3. Their current record is 7-1 overall, and 4-0 in their league. Emma Deines currently leads the team with 27 goals and 20 assists followed by Ellie Marshall with 25 goals and 17 assists and Abby Bellon with 26 goals and 10 assists. This week, varsity will face St. Dominic today at 4 pm and Cor Jesu on Thursday. Both are home games.

Junior varsity had a comeback win to beat Ursuline 8-6. Charlotte Schoen and Carly Fesler each picked up a hat trick, Julia Sansone tallied her first goal, and Grace Nix scored the insurance goal. Sophia Evans, Anna Leggat, Annie Fox, and Judy Clark all contributed to a great defensive game. On Friday, JV beat Parkway South 10-4 in their best game of the season. Katie Harkwell, Julia Sansone, Carly Fesler, Grace Nix, and Anna Leggat all scored with Charlotte Schoen and Claire Profumo adding three and two goals respectively to the tally. However, not a single person had an off game; it was a great team effort! Junior varsity will be back at home today at 5:15 pm.

SOCCER

Varsity soccer defeated Whitfield 3-0 and have now won three in a row with a combined score of 12-1. Katie Rodrigues led the win against Whitfield with two goals while Lauren Gast added one. Ally Bowers, Natalie Arns, and Hannah Touchette added assists for Villa. Emma St. John recorded her fifth shutout of the season, and the Saints currently have an overall record of 7-4.

Junior varsity had a lighter week, playing only one game against Parkway West. Though they lost the game, the girls played well. The team is plagued with injuries right now but is hoping all members regain their health for the remaining weeks of the season.

Come out and cheer on the soccer teams at 4 and 5:30 pm today on Holthaus Soccer Field!
