Welcome to our Virtual Admissions Page!
As we all work to adapt to new circumstances, we are excited to welcome you to our Virtual Admissions Page. There is nothing that I love more than meeting with a new family, learning about their dreams for their child, and introducing them to the opportunities at Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill. Watching families observe the relationships between teacher and student and the sisterhood in the hallways at Villa is the best part of my job. We are doing things in a new way now, and I would love to talk with you about the experiences of our students and the excellent outcomes of our academic program. I hope that the information you find here, and throughout our website and social media pages, will show you what sets Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School apart.
Our campus may be closed but our Admissions team is here, working for you! We will do everything we can to help you achieve your dreams for your child! Contact me directly or complete our inquiry form and I will reach out to you!

Remote Learning with Intention at Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill
Our Sacred Heart educators were ready when we transitioned to remote learning in early March because they understand how to motivate each student. The heart of Sacred Heart education is being known. Children come to us as they are, and are cared for with great love. We are proud of our faculty for the creativity, flexibility, and a dedication to nurturing the hearts and minds of our students they showed as they designed meaningful learning experiences for students at every grade level. Our inventive students have blown us away with their response! Check out some student projects from our time #LearningTogether from home below!
Villa Show Choir Virtual Performance
Faculty members Mr. Steve Neale and Mrs. Emily Kuhn worked with Show Choir students to film and produce this video performance of "You Will Be Found" from the musical "Dear Evan Hansen." Says Mr. Neale, "We talk in class a great deal about the importance and responsibility of music because it is an almost purely emotional art form...You never know who in the audience needs to hear a particular song. When the pandemic set in, and many people were feeling so far away from each other and isolated, the lyrics took on a new meaning again. 'You are not alone' is more important than ever for people to hear.
"Dear Sacred Heart Family, I wanted to let you know what a difference you are making in my daughter's life by continuing with school through the Zoom classes. She misses her teachers and friends so much and you have added such motivation and enjoyment to her day. I know that a lot of other schools are not implementing school days and that is why I feel so grateful that you have gone above and beyond to teach the girls Grace and Grit, even when times are less than ideal. You are showing them that you must move forward and that there are answers even during uncertainty and times like we have never experienced before. From the very beginning, I have been so impressed with the way you have responded. Your commitment to the mission of the school is apparent with every thing you do-being there for families, being there for the kids, and all the while keeping the Sacred Heart community strong and encouraged. The teachers have been amazing and we cannot thank them enough. You have been a blessing throughout this event and we feel so lucky to be a part of this community."
