Application & Release Form

If you are applying to Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School, please download and complete our Enrollment Application Form as well as our Student Information Release Form and submit with a $50 application fee. All students applying for grade 9 must also complete the Catholic High School Application, which may be obtained through your parish school or PSR program. If a student is not enrolled in a parish school or PSR program, please contact our Admissions Office.

If you are applying to multiple independent schools for grades 5-12, the Standard Application Online is common to most members of Independent Schools of St. Louis. A $50 application fee does apply. After completing the application, please print the release form along with either of the teacher recommendation forms when prompted and deliver them directly to your student's school. We require at least one recommendation from a student's academic teacher. We will accept additional recommendations if the family chooses to submit them. All students wishing to apply for grade 9 must also complete the Catholic High School Application (teacher recommendations are not required for grade 9).

Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions about our Admissions process or criteria. Students may be admitted for the current school year if space is available. We encourage you to schedule a tour with the Admissions Office.

Grades junior kindergarten, kindergarten, seven and nine are the main points of entry into Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School. All applicants are asked to schedule a day to visit our classrooms and have an informal interview. Seventh and eighth grade applicants must register to take the SSAT, an entrance exam used by most of members of Independent Schools of St. Louis.

In accordance with St. Louis Archdiocesan policy, ninth grade applicants are not required to take an entrance exam but must complete the Catholic High School application form in addition to our application. The Catholic High School application form may be obtained from parish schools and PSR programs. If the student is not enrolled at a parish school or PSR program, please contact the Admissions Office in November to request the necessary forms.

We will accept applications throughout the school year in the event a seat becomes available.
