Seeking to live out Goals I & II, all parents are welcome on Tuesdays from 9-10 am for Bible Study. The topic for the fall will be St. Paul’s Letter to the Romans, a 10-week study beginning September 10 and running through November 12. Join us as we journey together in a verse-by-verse study of Romans, the biblical book that most scholars consider to be Paul’s greatest theological masterpiece. Along the way, you’ll come to a deeper understanding of the Church’s teachings on justification, faith and works, spiritual fatherhood, the role of Israel in salvation history, baptism, the dignity of the body, the life of charity, and more. This study will serve as the perfect springboard for the 6-week winter study, The Bible and The Sacraments, which begins January 14, 2020.

Villa has arranged for a certified chiropractic sports physician to offer sports and annual physicals for Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill students at a discounted rate of $20 per child. Physicals performed on this date will be valid for two years. For students in grades 8-12, these physicals will accepted by MSHSAA for the remainder of this school year as well as all of the 2020-2021 school year.

If you want to take advantage of this opportunity, please register and print the MSHSAA Physical Evaluation form available on the registration page. This same form will be used whether the physical is being performed for MSHSAA or school requirements. Complete the Medical History and Patient Health Questionnaire and bring all pages to the exams on October 19. A doctor will complete the remainder of the form.
