Positive Consequences
› Self pride in being a resonsible student

Negative Consequences

› First offense = verbal warning
› Second offense = behavior slip
› Third offense = behavior slip and time out (reflection)
› Fourth offense = behavior slip and parent contact
› Fifth offense = principal referral
