Essential Achievements for Students
~ Department of Theology
Through her in-depth study of theology, a Villa graduate will:
- have a knowledge of the Judeo/Christian scriptures to be able to understand and connect them to her daily life;
- have a strong foundation of the Catholic faith, including its history, dogma, and worship;
- have the necessary skills to reflect upon and evaluate her own attitudes and behaviors toward God, self, and others;
- have explored and experienced various forms of spirituality and prayer methods that will enhance and sustain her life after graduation;
- live a life of integrity, morality, social activism, and service.
