Cooperative Projects between Middle School and Kindergarten

Mary Meadows, Kindergarten teacher at Oak Hill School, presented a few projects she had developed and engaged students in her class collaboratively with Middle School Science students.

Participants learned how to integrate technology into the elementary classroom using various strategies to engage students in collaborative projects. Projects and processes taking place with kindergarten students as they collaborative with students in middle school using Tablet PCs to research science concepts were shared.
